The instrument demonstrates to the responder that conflict handling behavior is neither good nor bad. Rather, conflict resolution is simply a matter of expanding skill sets and choosing the most effective group of behaviors for a particular situation. This easy to use, self-scoring instrument is fast and powerful. The forced-choice inventory provides individual information about one’s conflict handling style compared to five distinct modes. The TKI will reveal whether you over use or under use any particular mode.
